Holding my breath until the protagonist was safely in Hong Kong.

Couldn’t put the book down as I tried to predict who was crossing whom, and tried to piece together the parts of the deals. The stakes were high and characters powerful. A great read, and as a reader, a safe introduction to corporate wheeling and dealing in South East Asia.

The book explains very well what its like doing deals in Asia, especially in China. It reflects the excitement of the types of deals that happen and captures the crazy nuances in trying to complete them.
